くわいのシャキッとした歯ごたえに感激

最近しぶそばを食べていないと思ったお昼前
いまのかき揚げは「くわい」？？
くわいってどんな食べ物だっけ？とぱっと思い浮かばず、お店に吸い込まれちゃった

食券を買って、おそばをまつ
待っているとテーブルにくわいかき揚げそばの告知
「ほくほく　しゃきしゃきと　歯ごたえがいい」

かき揚げそばがやってきて、くわいを探してみるも上からはちょっとわからないなぁ
相変わらず、しぶそばのかき揚げは立体感あるなぁ
かき揚げをツユに浸して、崩しながら食べてみる

その中にシャキッと口の中で、ある食べ物の食感に襲われる
これがくわいか！あるある、食べたことが！
かき揚げにとっても溶け込んでいる

おそばの歯触りもいいし、つゆもおいしい
相変わらずの安定感
あっという間に完食しちゃいました、ごちそうさまでした

This is cute! I've eaten it before!
It blends well into kakiage.

The soba noodles have a nice texture and the soup is delicious.
A constant sense of stability
