長岡駅を降りると、長蛇の行列に驚く
行列の起点を探してみると、シュークリーム屋さんMIMATSU CAFEの行列のようだ
確か、前回来た時も行列があったような気がするな
チャンスがあれば食べてみたい

イタリアンをたまごで包んでいる、オムレツを注文
調べてみると、長岡？新潟県のソウルフードらしい

新潟は「みかづき」、長岡は「フレンド」のチェーン店が展開中みたいです
新潟では気が付かなかったけど、今度みかづきに行ってみよう
